Tour de France
Here’s how our street looked this morning, at about 8.00am. Police officers are posted at every road junction. No cars are allowed. There’s an eerie silence. The caterers across the street are putting up a poster “Special Tour de France cold drinks prices”. We should have bought a few cases of bottled water and sold them from our doorstep…

Renaud invited us, as well as Jean-Pierre, Thiebaud, Fanny and François, to a barbecue in ‘The People’s Republic Of Schiltigheim’. It was great to see François again. Thanks again for the present!
