This was taken at 11.00pm, when the street cleaners had finished washing down every square centimetre of the street. While it can never be called dirty, we’ve never seen the place so spotless. It should look great on the television for the Tour de France coverage.
I can hear the Strasbourg councillors saying “We don’t know what you mean! Strasbourg ALWAYS looks like this…”
