The house sits in nearly 9 ares (nearly a quarter of an acre) of land.
There’s a pear tree, a cherry tree, a mirabelle (a French variety of greengage) tree and a hazelnut tree.
Looks like Gee better get used to pushing a lawnmower around….
Four bedrooms, all with real wood ceilings…
..though those curtains and that light fitting are going to have to go!
